Chapter 18

Warning Adult Content


Things were busy for Kris and the Penguins so that meant that Mia was busy too in the Penguins media department. She was working a lot on pictures for the website and other media sources. Luckily though Mia's pregnancy had recently calm down and she was not as sick as she had been so that was a relief especially since the Penguins were heading on the road and Mia was going to help out the media guys.

Mia and Kris were both rushing around the condo getting ready for the road trip. Mia was in the closet looking at which outfits she needed when she heard her name.

"Mia, have you seen my favorite tie?" asked Kris walking into the closet.
"Its right where you always put it on your side of the closet" Mia said pointing at Kris's ties and then handing Kris the tie.
"You are the best wife ever" Kris said and then giving Mia a quick kiss. Mia just shook her head and went back to what she was doing.


A few hours later Kris, Mia and the rest of the Penguins organization that were heading on the road to Montreal. The plane ride was full of chatter as several of the guys were playing a video game. Mia was looking over pictures on her laptop and talking with Chad Jackson, another Penguins media assistant, about the media project they had been assigned for this road trip. Kris looked over at Mia and smiled because she pushed some hair out of her eyes and he caught a glimpse of her wedding ring and engagement ring and that made him feel good because she was his wife and everyone now knew. He also noticed that she was very focused on what she was doing and did not hear when Max called his name.

"Tanger, hey Tanger" Max called and then Max noticed that Kris was looking at Mia, "Hey guys Tanger is thinking of different ways to hook up with Mia, his hot wife".
That comment caught every one's attention and Sidney smacked Max on the side of the head which made everyone start laughing and Max sat back down and sulked. Mia then looked at Kris and smiled at him and he smiled back.


Finally they landed in Montreal and then headed to the hotel where everyone got ready for practice and then headed to the arena for practice. Mia and the rest of the media folks watched practice and got some work done too.

Practice was over and everyone headed back to the hotel for lunch and rest before the game.

Mia was in her room working on her laptop when she heard a knock at her door. She got up and looked out the peephole and saw Kris standing there so she opened the door. Kris walked in and grabbed Mia's hand and pulled her to him and kissed her.
After the kiss Mia gave Kris as 'what was that' look and he looked at her and asked, "What's that look for, Mia?"
"Because you are supposed to be resting for the game tonight and not in here with me" Mia explained and then walked over to the bed where her laptop was and sat down.
Kris followed and sat down next to her, "We could do what Max suggested on the plane earlier".
Mia looked at Kris with a raised eyebrow, "Really Kris, give me a break you need lots of rest to play against the Canadiens so you are not going to do anything that Max suggested. Now go back to your room and go to sleep".
"I will but we need to compromise. If we win I get what I want tonight at the hotel in Toronto and if we lose I will wait until we are home but I think we are gonna win tonight" Kris said smiling.
"Agreed" Mia said and ushered Kris out of her room and he went back to take his nap.

That night at the game the Pens were not at their best during the first period. They were down by 2 goals but Coach Dan had lots of words to say to them between periods. But it did not help the guys, they seemed to be uninspired and just lazy and that ticked off the coaches. And the Pens ended up losing 6 to 0 and the bus ride to the airport was silent. Kris sat next to Mia on the flight to Toronto, "Interesting game sweetie" Mia said to Kris.
"It was horrible and I know I lost the compromise" Kris said quietly.
"No I think you won and I will make your night when we get to the hotel" Mia winked at Kris. Kris smiled and kissed her on the cheek.


Mia and Kris were in her room getting ready for bed. Mia was in the bathroom and Kris was waiting on her in the bed. She came out in one of his shirts and a pair of pajama shorts. Kris just smiled as she climbed into bed next to him. Kris was very quick to make sure Mia was naked like he was quickly. She giggled as he tickled her as he kissed her neck because for some strange reason he had decided there was no point in shaving his goatee.

"Kris oh my that tickles" Mia laughed but Kris continued kissing Mia's neck and shoulders and then continued to Mia's breasts. He took careful attention to Mia's breasts and she cried out his name and then he moved her legs gently and Mia with Kris's help lifted her legs around his waist. He slid into her surprising fast and then proceeded to take his time making love to her. Kris moved and changed from fast to slow which drove Mia insane but she finally screamed out her orgasm which made Kris happy and then he felt Mia squeeze around him and he spilled his seed into her womb which then caused him to orgasm too.

Kris and Mia calmed down from their amazing high and then Kris moved off of Mia and held her.

"You made my day sweetheart" Kris said drowsily but a very happy guy.
"I had planned all along to give you what you wanted tonight just because I love you and knew you needed a pick me up after that game" Mia said snuggling into Kris's chest.
"Thank you ma chere. I love you. Goodnight Mia".
"You are very welcome. Love you too Kris. Goodnight".

Now that Mia's parents were slowing getting over the shock of Mia and Kris being married and expecting a baby. Mia had been having horrible morning sickness and was really exhausted. She was worried that something might be wrong with the baby because when she had been pregnant before she did not feel that bad so she made an appointment with her doctor to calm her fears of losing the baby. Kris had not been able to go with Mia to her appointment because of a team meeting and practice but had sworn he would call her and see how everything went.

Sure enough as Mia was leaving her appointment her cell phone starting ringing and it was Kris. She sat down on a nearby bench outside of the doctor's office and answered her phone.

"Boujour" Mia answered smiling.
"Boujour ma chere" Kris answered back.
"How was practice and your meeting?" Mia asked.
"Who cares, how are you and baby Letang?" Kris asked impatiently.
Mia smiled to herself and decided to make Kris worry just a little bit more, "No how has your day gone?"
"Mia Elizabeth Letang answer my question NOW!" Kris practically screamed into his phone making his teammates that were near him look at him with surprise and shock that Kris was getting upset and loud.
"Calm down Kristopher Letang! Everything is fine with me and baby Letang. The doctor told me that I am having a healthy pregnancy and that is why I am so sick and tired all the time. If I was not feeling like this then we should be worried but everything is perfect and that is why I feel a lot different than when I was pregnant before" explained Mia as she patted her abdomen.
"Thank god because I was really worried sweetheart" Kris said calming himself down as he sat down in his locker.
"Yes I am relieved too because I do not think I could handle another miscarriage now" Mia said.
"Neither could I" Kris said thoughtfully thinking about their past and the baby they lost.
"Well I hate to say it but I am tired so I am going to head home and take a nap so I will see you later" Mia said yawning.
"Definitely go home and rest, darling and I will pick up something for dinner on my way home tonight so you do not have to worry about making us anything" Kris said smiling.
"I am so lucky to have a super husband who will do that for me" Mia said as she headed to her car.
"See you later, sweetheart" Kris said.
"See you later, handsome" Mia said as they both hung up their phones.

Mia headed home and when she got to the condo she went in and then locked the door behind her and headed to the bedroom to take a nap.

Meanwhile Kris finished up his workout at the arena and headed out to get dinner. When Kris got home it was quiet and dark so he set the food in the kitchen and went to check on Mia. She was sleeping and snuggled up in their bed. Kris smiled to himself and laid down next to her and watched her sleep. Before Kris realized it he was asleep too but then after about an hour or so Mia woke up because she felt nauseous again and jumped up and ran into the bathroom to throw up. Kris felt Mia get up and he got up and followed her.

"Mia, sweetheart are you ok?" Kris asked as he handed Mia and washcloth as Mia got up and cleaned off her face.
"Yeah just baby Letang making his or her presence known" Mia laughed which made Kris laugh too.
"OK just as long as you and the baby are fine" Kris said pulling Mia into his arms and hug her tightly.
"Yes we are and now baby Letang is making me hungry so let's go and have dinner please" Mia said looking up at Kris. He smiled at Mia and kissed her and they they headed into the kitchen for a quiet dinner for two.

Hey to all Readers of my story. I am sorry that I have not updated this story in a while but I had a sad family thing happen and so I am trying to get re-inspired to get another update soon. I need time and maybe when hockey season starts and I can see more of Kris Letang playing, I will feel more able to write another chapter.

I do not want any of my readers to think I have stopped this story because I have not!!! I promise!!!!!!!!!! And I hope that everyone is enjoying my story.

Chapter 16

"Matthew, Matthew, where are you darling? I have news about Mia" Leslie said walking around until she found her husband who was in his office working at his desk.
"Darling what is it?" asked Matthew looking up from his work at his wife.
"Mia's married and she never told us. Why is she being so secretive about her life" Leslie said sitting down in another chair.
"I do not know and she is married!" Mia's father said shocked.
"Yes she practically screamed it at me in the store when I saw her and Kristopher".
"But Mia said she was going to be staying with Sidney this summer. What is she doing in Montreal?" Matthew questioned.
"Kristopher said that since Mia was pregnant that Mia changed her plans and decided to come up for the rest of summer vacation to be with him".
"That makes sense that Mia wanted to be with Kristopher so she can have him around if she needs help during the pregnancy but this marriage business is a huge surprise but Mia loves him so we really can not do much about that" Matthew said looking at his wife.
"Yes we can do something like that marriage annulled and quickly" Leslie said exasperated.
"Why? There is no reason to do that. They are married and are having a baby so we should be happy and supportive of Mia and Kristopher".
"I will not because Mia can do so much better than Kristopher. He is an athlete and will not always be around to help her raise their child. There are such better men with better occupations in our social circle that would be a better match for Mia and you know this Matthew" Leslie ranted and waved her hands around for emphasis.
"Actually for once darling I disagree with you about Kristopher. He is good to Mia, loves her completely and would do anything for her. I know why you are upset with her having his baby because he got her pregnant when she was a teenager but she is now an adult and loves Kristopher. And now I see why she kept it a secret because she knew how you would react and sure enough you reacted and badly. So if you do anything else to mess up Mia and Kristopher's marriage or their life, I might never forgive you. Are we clear darling?" Matthew said getting up and looking at Leslie.
"But...but" Leslie said and then gave up, "Sorry Matthew, I will go and call and apologize to Mia now".
"Thank you darling and everything will be fine and I also do not wish to miss anything about our grandchild and I would like to talk to Mia too so let's call her now" Matthew said picking up the phone and calling Mia.

Mia's cellphone rang and she looked down at the number, "Its my parents".
"Answer it sweetheart" Kris said and Mia clicked the phone, "Hello" she answered.
"Mia darling, how are you?" her father answered.
"Daddy, I am good. How are you?" Mia smiled as she talked.
"I am good and I just had a talk with your mother because she saw you earlier today at the store".
"Yes and she is probably mad at me but I had my reasons for how I acted".
"Darling, Congratulations about your marriage to Kristopher. I am thrilled about it. How is Kristopher doing?" asked Matthew.
"Thank you daddy and Kris is right here and is fine but I know mom and she is not happy about this and she was so mean to Kris. What's her deal?" Mia asked confused.
"She still thinks of you as her little baby and of course think about when you were a teenager but I told her you are an adult and love Kristopher so do not worry about anything she says anymore, I promise" Matthew assured his daughter.
"Thank you daddy and I am extremely happy with Kris and my baby. I have to say life is great".
"That is wonderful to hear, Mia. Your mother has something she wishes to talk to you about so again congratulations and you and Kris must come over to the house soon and have dinner with us. I love you Mia. Now here is your mother".
"Love you daddy and thanks again".
"Mia this is your mother and I am so sorry about how I acted in the store. Can you forgive me sweetie?" Leslie asked.
"I can as long as you apologize to Kris too" Mia said.
"I will, is he around?"
"Yes here he is" Mia said handing the phone to Kris and tell him it was her mother.
"Hello" Kris said.
"Hello Kristopher, I am very sorry for how I treated you in the store. And I hope that you and Mia are happy and have a wonderful marriage. Treat her well" Leslie said.
"Thank you Mrs Crosby and I love Mia very much and will make sure she is happy and taken care of always" Kris stated.
"That is all I wish for the two of you. Now may I speak with Mia again please?" asked Leslie.
"Sure, here she is" Kris said handing the phone back to Mia and giving Mia a quick kiss on the lips. Mia smiled as she took the phone back.
"Hello again mother" Mia said.
"I just wanted to say again I am truly sorry and you know I only want the best for you, Mia" her mother said.
"I know you do and I love you for that and thank you for apologizing to Kris that makes me feel better".
"You are welcome, darling. I need to get going and hopefully we will see you and Kristopher soon".
"Yes we can work that out and love you too" Mia said and then she and her mother ended their call.

After the phone call Mia went to find Kris who had wandered off and was sitting on the balcony enjoying the fresh air.

"There you are, hot stuff" Mia smiled and went and sat on Kris's lap. He pulled her close as she rested her head on his shoulder.
"I am here waiting for my beautiful wife to find me and keep me company" Kris said happily.
"I am so happy because I have my amazing husband to hold me and love me" Mia said and then leaned in for a mind blowing kiss from Kris.

Chapter 15

Mia and Kris decided one day to go baby shopping. They were checking out the local Babies R Us in Montreal. They were checking out cribs when Mia saw of all people her mother with a saleslady.

"Kris, am I going crazy or is that my mother talking to that saleslady?" Mia asked freaking out.
"Relax sweetheart and yes it is your mom" Kris said soothingly rubbing Mia's back to help her calm down.
"Geez what in the world is she doing here at Babies R Us when she claims she was not thrilled about me having your baby. Ugh she is so...so...I don't know" Mia said sighing and feeling better having Kris next to her.
"Why don't we go over and talk to her" Kris suggested and slightly nudging Mia towards her mother.

Mia slowly walked over to her mother and tapped her on the shoulder and her mother turned around and smiled, "Mia, Kristopher what a surprise! What are you two doing here in Montreal?"
"Hello mother its good to see you too" Mia said as Kris took Mia's hand in his to reassure her that the conversation would be civil.
"Hello Mrs Crosby its good to see you too and we are back in Montreal because I have been working out and Mia wanted to stay the rest of the summer with me" Kris explained and for a little extra emphasis he kissed Mia's temple. That little bit of public display of affection made Mia hope that her mom realized that Kris was in this relationship forever.
"That is good since you two are having a baby. Now Kristopher when are you going to make my grandchild legitimate by marrying my daughter" Mia's mother asked sternly and poking Kris's chest which surprised him.
Mia could not believe how her mother was acting and moved in front of Kris so her mother could stop acting crazy in public.
"Mother leave Kris alone now" Mia said exasperated and furious.
"No he needs to marry you because it will mess up your reputation and the family reputation" Mrs Crosby said sounding extremely upset.
"Who cares about reputations, mother! I love Kris and he loves me and that is all that matters. So what if we are not married and I am pregnant. People have kids all the time out of wedlock. And just for your information, Kris and I are married already" Mia announced and then looked at Kris and said, "Let's go now before I embarrass my mother anymore". Mia took Kris's hand and they left the store and got into the car and headed home. Mia's mother just stood there in shock after what Mia said and then thanked the saleslady and left the store too.

The drive back home Kris kept looking at Mia as she took deep breaths to calm herself down.

"Are you ok sweetheart?" Kris asked and reached over to take Mia's hand in his.
"No, how can she be so...so...obnoxious about us. I do not understand" Mia said on the verge of tears.
Kris kissed the palm of Mia's hand and said, "I do not know but I am happy you stood up to her. You are stronger than you realize and that is important".
"Thank you Kris" Mia said smiling at him.
"You are welcome now what do you say we go and get something to eat and forget what happened earlier" Kris suggested.
Mia nodded her head in agreement and they headed off to make the rest of their day enjoyable.

Chapter 14

Kris and Mia were enjoying living together at Kris's condo in Montreal. Mia had decided not to tell her parents she was in Montreal because of the conversation she had with her mom. Mia could not believe that her mom was upset that she was pregnant with Kris's baby. Her mother was a snob at times but always wanted what was best for Mia and Mia knew that. But right now Mia just wanted some stress free and plenty of alone time with Kris until they officially announced they were married.

Mia was making a romantic dinner for her and Kris. Kris had been working out really hard so Mia had a whole special evening planned. She was working on dinner when Kris walked into the condo.

"Hey sweetheart, what are you doing?" Kris asked as he walked into the kitchen and put his arms around Mia's waist and then kissed her temple.
Mia turned around in Kris's arms and kissed him deeply on the lips, "Hey hot stuff and I am making a romantic dinner for you and me".
"That is so sweet of you, Mia. Je t'aime" Kris said as he continued to hold her close.
"Now you need to let me go so I can finish dinner" Mia said trying to get out of Kris's arms and he let her go and walked back into the bedroom.

Kris helped set the table and turned down the lights. Then he lit the candles to make the scene even more romantic. Mia came out with the food and they sat down and enjoyed the meal.

After dinner Kris helped Mia clean up and then they headed into the bedroom where Mia went into the closet and quickly came out with a Victoria Secret bag.

"What's that?" Kris asked looking at the bag with a smirk.
"This is another surprise for you so I will be back in a few" Mia said giving Kris a quick kiss on the lips.
"Hurry up because I can't wait to see my surprise" Kris said thinking x-rated thoughts of him and Mia.

A few minutes later Mia came out of the bathroom in a very sexy outfit. She had a pink lacy top and panties outfit with a cute pink and white cover up. Kris's eyes went wide at the sight of his beautiful wife standing in front of him in this sexy outfit.

"Ma belle, Je t'aime" Kris said and then picked Mia up bridal style and laid her down on the bed.
"Merci, Kris. Je t'aime" Mia said after Kris laid her down and then he stood up and took off his shirt and jeans. Then Kris got back onto the bed next to Mia and helped Mia out of her outfit. Mia enjoyed the attention that Kris was giving her. He kissed her all over her body and made her laugh. Kris finally shed his boxers and then showed Mia how much he loved her. Their romantic night was spectacular and intense. Mia felt the most amazing orgasm as Kris made love to her several times that night.

"Good night Mia" Kris said and then he leaned down and kissed Mia's abdomen, "Good night baby".
After Kris said good night to the baby, Mia smiled as tears filled her eyes because she was so happy, "Good Night Kris".

"Because it was so sweet that you said good night to the baby like that and that I know you are the man I love more than anything else in the world so I am extremely happy".
"I am just so happy about the baby and love you more than anything" Kris said pulling Mia into his arms and kissed her deeply and then they fell asleep in each others arms.

Chapter 13

Kris's visit was ending tomorrow and Mia was not happy about that. She wanted him to stay longer but knew he had training with Marc Andre that was already planned out. Mia was sitting on the bed next to Kris while he was verifying his flight ticket. She leaned back against the wall at the top of the bed and relaxed while watching Kris. He finished up and then moved the laptop onto the side table and turned to Mia, who was just looking at him.

"See something you like" Kris joked with her as he turned to lay on his stomach and looked at Mia.
"Yeah I do and I don't want him to leave tomorrow" Mia said sadly biting her lip to keep back her tears.
"I don't want to go either especially now that you are pregnant. I hate that I am gonna miss several of your doctor appointments and see the baby growing" Kris said sounding sad too.
"I don't want you to miss anything about the baby" Mia said and let her tears fall and pulling her legs up and hugging herself.
Kris moved to a sitting position and pulled Mia into his arms and held her tightly to his chest. Mia moved to get more comfortable in Kris's strong arms and relaxed. Kris looked down and could see Mia had stopped crying and was almost asleep.

"I think you need a nap, sweetheart" Kris said and tried to move to let Mia lay down.
"NO, stay put and just hold me please" Mia demanded looking up at him.
"I will but you need to sleep" Kris said moving back to hold Mia as she got comfortable.

Kris held Mia until her breathing was steady and he could tell she was asleep. He kissed her temple and then gently moved Mia off of him so he could let her have a much needed nap. Kris grabbed a blanket and covered Mia and smiled to himself. She looked like an angel with her hair flowing over the pillow. Kris left the room and headed downstairs to find Sidney.

Sidney was down in the basement working out when Kris found him.

"Hey Sid, how's the workout going?" Kris asked walking into the room.
"Its going well. I have run on the treadmill and now I am going to lift some weights. Would you mind spotting me please?" Sidney asked.
"Sure no problem" Kris answered and Sidney got onto the weight bench and Kris spotted him.
"Kris where's Mia?" Sidney asked while concentrating on lifting his weight.
"She is taking a much needed nap" Kris explained.
"Really because she slept late this morning. Is everything ok?" Sidney asked worriedly putting down the weight.
"She is upset because I am leaving tomorrow. Plus now that she is pregnant I really don't want to leave either" Kris explained.
"Well then why don't you stay. I don't mind and obviously Mia would be happy and I hate it when Mia is sad and misses you".
"I hate it too when she is sad, it breaks my heart but I promised Marc Andre we would do some serious workouts this summer and I also hate to break promises".
"Well then how about we convince Mia to go with you back to Montreal. I mean she only came here to hang out with me and my family".
"We can try but I thought too she came up here because she wanted to work on some photography project of the lake".
"I think she is close to finished with that so she has no need to stay here. We really need to get her to go with you back to Montreal tomorrow" Sidney said sounding serious.
"OK I would love it so I hope we can" Kris said feeling a bit better about having Mia with him in Montreal for the rest of his summer vacation.


That evening Sidney took Mia and Kris out to dinner at a local seafood restaurant. Going out to dinner was part of the plan Sidney had to help Kris convince Mia to go back to Montreal.

"Mia, how's your food?" Sidney asked as he took a sip of water.
"Its wonderful. How's yours?" Mia asked smiling.
"Good and I am glad you wanted to go out to eat tonight. I figured since Kris was going tomorrow we should enjoy a great meal" Sidney said smiling at Mia.
"Yeah this is a great idea for tonight" Mia said smiling at Kris.
"This is fun. Now changing the subject here, Mia, why don't you come back with me tomorrow please, especially now because of the baby" Kris suggested grabbing Mia's hand.
"Well, gosh I don't want to just leave Sidney here alone after I said I would spend most of my summer with him but I really do want to be with you, Kris, now that we have lots of things to do with the baby coming. But..." Mia said sounding unsure.
"No buts Mia" Sidney said, "You are going with Kris tomorrow and I will be fine and you two need this time together so I already took care of getting you a plane ticket with Kris so you are going and be with your husband".
"Wow, well it looks like we are going home, Kris" Mia said smiling and Kris leaned over and kissed her.
"I love you Mia" Kris said and Sidney just shook his head and smiled at the two of them.



The next day Sidney got Mia and Kris to the airport and while Kris was checking them in Sidney looked at Mia, "You two need this time together and maybe make your mom realize that you and Kris are meant to be together no matter what happens".
"You are right Sidney and thanks a million you really are the bestest cousin and friend ever. Love you" Mia said hugging Sidney tightly.
"Love you too Mini and I will call you later on to make sure you got home safely" Sidney said smiling down at Mia.
"Hey we are all checked in so I guess its time to go since our flight leaves soon" Kris said.
"Have a safe trip you guys" Sidney said as he gave Kris a hug too.
"Thanks Sid" Kris said and took Mia's hand and headed toward the security area.

Mia turned back right before they headed into security and waved back to Sidney and said, "Thanks a million cuz".
Sidney waved back, "Anytime and be good".
